Motocross Tracks Near Minneapolis & the Twin Cities — 2026 Guide

MWR Staff·

The Twin Cities sit inside one of the densest pockets of quality motocross in the Upper Midwest. Within a 90-minute drive of Minneapolis–St. Paul you've got a national-caliber track, a 500-acre off-road park, and a handful of rider-favorite local tracks — including two of the highest-rated facilities in the whole region. Here's where to ride, sorted by drive time from the metro.

Closest to the metro (under 50 miles)

Motokazie — Jordan (~34 mi SW)

Supercross-style racing at the Scott County Fairgrounds, southwest of the cities. Rider-rated 4.8★ (59 reviews). Call ahead for the current schedule and gate hours: 507-560-2175.

ERX Motor Park — Elk River (~37 mi NW)

The big one. A 500-acre motorsports park in Sherburne County, host of MOVMX events, with by far the most reviews of any track near the metro (4.7★, 424 reviews). Motocross, off-road, and SxS. Call 763-772-4977 for schedules and gate hours.

BCMX Adventure Park — Cambridge (~47 mi N)

Meadow Valley MX — Millville (~60 mi SE)

Right by Spring Creek in Wabasha County — two tracks, advanced layout, gate fee around $45/rider. Easy to pair with a Spring Creek weekend. 4.8★ (171 reviews). Phone: 651-345-3591.
