Motocross Tracks in Minnesota

BCMX Adventure Park (formerly Cambridge MX) is a motocross facility at 5044 349th Ave NW in Cambridge, in Isanti County, Minnesota, about 45 minutes north of the Twin Cities, owned and operated by Frank and Carrie Barnas. It runs two full-size sand/loam motocross tracks - a North track for 85cc bikes and up and a South track for 50cc and 65cc machines - plus a woods loop/singletrack, and offers public practice, motocross, quad racing and hare scrambles. For 2026 it hosts an AMA Loretta Lynn's North Central Area Qualifier (May 15-17) along with '70 Series' rounds (April 19 and May 3), with results posted via Trackside Results.

Berm Benders Raceway is a motocross facility at 2393 Sherwood Street in Brook Park, in Pine County, east-central Minnesota, owned and operated by Mark and Tabitha Arends. It is an AMA District 23 / ARMCA-sanctioned track that runs Sunday races, Saturday practice and a midweek Wednesday practice through the riding season, and also hosts vintage motocross rounds (MOVMX). Gate entry is $15 per person (ages 4+) with $5 parking and $20 weekend camping; for 2026 the modern big-bike classes shift to Saturdays with Sundays reserved for a more traditional vintage race day.

Brooks International Raceway is DMC Motorsports' home track at 23506 US-59 SE in Brooks, Minnesota (Red Lake County), in the state's far northwest. It features a large sand-moto track plus a kids' mini track for all ages and skill levels, run under DMC Motorsports' family-oriented program ('friends family moto') that offers annual memberships and rider development/skills training. Practice ride days are posted on the DMC website and Facebook (reservations required for non-posted riding); for 2026 DMC also added Friday-night races at a new Brainerd Motocross venue.

Echo Valley Motocross Park is a 40-acre, one-mile natural-terrain track set on rolling, wooded ground at 4650 Lavoy Rd in Brookston, Minnesota, north of Duluth. Owned by Amber and Spencer Kadlec, it runs dirt-bike-only organized practice and District 23-sanctioned races from late May through early October. Hurricane Hills MX Park is a family-owned off-road facility set on about 60 acres in a wooded valley between Zumbrota and Mazeppa, in Wabasha County, southeastern Minnesota, with a roughly 1.2-mile motocross track open to dirt bikes and quads (UTVs prohibited) over mostly loose, sandy soil. Historically it ran AMA District 23 (ARMCA) motocross and quad events and offered weekday and weekend open-practice days. As of 2026 its current operating status cannot be confirmed: it does not appear on the current MN AMA District 23 (ARMCA) calendar, one trail directory lists it as closed, and there is no clearly verifiable Minnesota-specific race activity since about 2018. Importantly, the domain hhmotocross.com and the '2026 schedule' that circulates online belong to a different, same-named track - the Hurricane Hills Sports Center in Greenfield Township, Pennsylvania - not this Mazeppa facility.

Kato Cycle Club is Minnesota's oldest AMA-chartered motorcycle club, founded in 1936, on more than 80 acres at 19836 539th Ln near Mankato (Blue Earth County) in southern Minnesota. The grounds include three motocross tracks, a full competition hill climb, and miles of wooded trails, and day-to-day riding is reserved for club members. The club is part of MN AMA District 23 (ARMCA) and hosts AMA-sanctioned competition events open to outside competitors, including hill climbs (June and August dates) plus motocross and off-road events through the season.

Meadow Valley MX is a privately operated practice/open-ride motocross facility at 29311 MN-60 in Millville, in southeast Minnesota's Whitewater River valley. It is a distinct venue from neighboring Spring Creek MX (the Loretta Lynn's national track on 298th Ave in the same township) — different ownership, address, and phone. The park offers two tracks (a full Main Track of jumps, berms and soft soil suitable for 50cc through pro, plus a separate Pee Wee track for beginners) and a 23-mile wooded trail system for motorcycles, quads and side-by-sides. It operates as an open-ride/practice facility seven days a week (weather permitting) and hosts training camps (e.g., The Moto Academy, AJ Catanzaro clinics) rather than a points race series.

Moto 108 MX is a privately run outdoor motocross practice track at 3355 Bent Trout Lake Road, Barnum, Minnesota (Carlton County), in the wooded country south of Cloquet. It is an open-practice-only facility geared to Pro, A and B big-bike riders (explicitly not a kids' track), with riders advised to 'call before you haul' since open days depend on weather. The track has been progressively extended, including a tree-cleared whoops section, and operates a limited seasonal schedule of roughly one weekday plus two weekends per month from roughly noon to 5 pm.

MotoCity Raceway is a family-run (Kadlec family) motocross promotion that has been racing in central Minnesota for nearly 30 years, headquartered at 41279 County Road 7 near Browerville (Todd County). It runs the Northstar Series, a Friday-night race series and a Loretta Lynn area qualifier, and as of the 2026 season stages its racing primarily at its Staples and Little Falls tracks (plus Echo Valley near Brookston) rather than the original Browerville site. All riders must hold AMA membership and sign annual release forms, and minors require a parent/guardian or notarized waiver.

Motokazie is a Minnesota supercross/motocross operation that runs a fixed Friday-night SX track at the Scott County Fairgrounds, 7000 W 195th St in Jordan (Scott County), and also promotes traveling amateur 'fair races' at venues such as Litchfield and Waconia. Founded by Lee Theis in 1997 and now operated by the Lindgren family (since 2025) under the DirtProof MX (DPMX) banner, the Jordan track features a whoop section, grandstand triple, rhythm section and bermed corners and runs a multi-round supercross series under the lights for all skill levels. Sherburn MX Park is a motocross facility at 1010 70th Ave in Sherburn, Minnesota (Martin County), in far-south-central MN near the Iowa border. It hosts both practice and racing, offers riding memberships and riding schools, and maintains an active Facebook page with regular event posts. The track is a venue on the Iowa/Minnesota MX Series and runs events through the riding season; check Facebook or call ahead for current dates.

Spring Creek MX Park is a nationally renowned motocross facility set in the rolling, wooded river-bluff terrain of Millville, Minnesota, owned and operated by John and Greta Martin since 1987 (John is the 1985 AMA Hare Scrambles Champion). Its hillside layout hosts the AMA Pro Motocross 'Spring Creek National' each summer -- Round 7 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship -- making it one of the premier outdoor tracks in the country. Beyond the pro national, the park runs a full amateur program including its Super Series, the Labor Day Viking Clash, Vet Fest / Old Man Madness, hare scrambles, riding schools and regular practice days. On-site camping, vendor areas and spectator facilities support events that draw the fastest riders in the world.

Trax North MX is a national-caliber motocross facility at 28521 State Hwy 6 in Crosby, in the Cuyuna lakes area of Crow Wing County, central Minnesota, operated by Scott Nelson (Trax North LLC). The property has two tracks - a full motocross track with whoops, doubles, step-ups and sand sections, plus a high-speed short course - along with a technical woods trail about five miles long. It runs primarily as an open-practice track, generally open Saturdays 9am-3pm in season (weather permitting), and riders must complete a waiver. The track also hosts off-road events and visiting training camps, including The Moto Academy's multi-day camps.
