About
Platte Valley Dirt Riders (PVDR) is a non-profit motorcycle club and motocross track in the far western Nebraska Panhandle, located about two miles south of Mitchell on the east side of Highway 29 (Scotts Bluff County). The facility has a main motocross track plus a separate pee-wee track for young riders, and it allows both practice and racing. It is a member club of the Tri-State Dirt Riders (TSDR) series, which runs motocross events across Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado, drawing fields spanning youth to veteran classes (recent race days have featured around 16 classes). The club is open year-round and is funded entirely through memberships and member/sponsor donations.
