Clicker calculator

Starts from the OEM stock setting and adjusts for rider weight + pace. Typical 85cc rider window 60110 lb (editorial guidance).

Front compression
12clicks out · range 20+
Rear compression
9clicks out · range 15+
Rear rebound
6clicks out · range 20+

Clicks are counted counterclockwise from fully seated (seated = hardest — in plain English: screwing the adjuster all the way in gives the firmest damping; each click back out softens it).

Target sag: not published for this model yet — common practice is race sag near 30–33% of rear travel (rule of thumb, verify against your manual)

Starting points, not gospel: track conditions, tires and rider style move the needle. Always set sag first, change one thing at a time, and confirm settings against your model-year manual.

Setup order that actually works

  1. Set race sag first, with the rider geared up — sag decides whether springs are even right.
  2. Return every clicker to the stock position, then apply the weight adjustment above.
  3. Change one clicker at a time, one to two clicks, and test on the same section of track.
  4. Write settings down before and after — clickers you can't retrace are clickers wasted.
