Espy Motocross & ATV Park was a large member-based off-road park in Pekin, in central Illinois (Tazewell County), run by Jeff Krog. It offered a motocross/supercross track, a pee-wee track and roughly 12 miles of unmarked ATV/trail riding (including a long man-made former-railroad hill), with annual memberships around $130 single / $180 family. It has since closed - motocross/ATV directories report the property is now closed and no longer open for riding - so it is confirmed still closed.
