About
Tama County OHV Park is a roughly 300-acre public off-highway-vehicle riding area in Tama County, Iowa, along the Iowa River near Tama, maintained by the volunteer club Club S.P.O.R.T. The park is built mainly around off-road riding - about 15 miles of tight, wooded perimeter trails with rolling hills and bridge crossings - and also includes a motocross track and a separate kids' track. It is open daily year-round (weather and trail conditions permitting); every machine must display a current Iowa DNR OHV registration sticker. On-site amenities include a large staging area and a campground with 10 electric/water sites and 13 primitive sites.
