About
Hardwood Hills Ranch (HHR) is a roughly 700-acre private off-road riding area on State Hwy U near Macomb, about five miles south of Mansfield in Wright County, Missouri, managed by Bob Fuerst. It offers around 40 miles of trails through rocky, wooded hills and valleys, from wide fire roads to tight single-track, and is fundamentally a trail-riding and hare-scramble property rather than a manicured motocross track. Riding access is members-only, and the ranch hosts off-road races (such as hare scrambles run for club/series members) on scheduled event weekends.
