About

Gypsum City OHV Park is a large public off-highway-vehicle park on roughly 800 acres on the southeast edge of Fort Dodge, Iowa, managed by the Webster County Conservation Board under agreement with the Iowa DNR. It offers about 60 miles of trails -- from open prairie for novices to heavily timbered terrain, water crossings and mud holes for advanced riders -- plus dedicated tracks: a 1.5-mile motocross track, a roughly half-mile amateur supercross track, a skills-development course, a kids' (.4-mile) track and a beginner circle track. A reservable campground with full-hookup and electric sites serves riders, and the park hosts rounds of the Iowa Moto motocross series.
