Off-road park — not a dedicated motocross track
This is an off-road / OHV riding area (trails and open terrain), not a groomed MX track. Confirm what’s allowed and any permits before you go. See more in our Midwest OHV & off-road guide, or browse Iowa motocross tracks.

About
Riverview OHV Park - officially renamed the Paul Huting Recreation Area in 2024 - is a 180-acre, city-owned off-highway-vehicle riding area along the Cedar River in Waterloo, Iowa (Black Hawk County). Managed by the volunteer Trailblazers Off-Road Club under a lease from the City of Waterloo (with Iowa DNR / Iowa OHV Association funding), it offers two motocross tracks, a pee-wee track, a flat track, and roughly four miles of ATV and dirt-bike trails for beginner through advanced riders. It is open year-round whenever weather and trail conditions permit; helmets and current OHV registration are required. The park is a public open-riding and practice area rather than the host of an organized race series.
